1. Freakonomics by Steven D. Levitt and Stephen J. Dubner

This award winning and best seller by Steven Levitt and J. Dubner is perhaps one of the greatest work by the respective authors. The book outlines the details of global economics and the study of incentives. Recently, it has also been recommended by some of the legendary stock brokers of Wall Street.

2. The Dip by Seth Godin

Now, The Dip might perhaps be the best of the motivational books ever  published. It illustrates that winners can quit and quitters can win, thus negating the stereotype beliefs. Winners are those who know that the bigger the barrier, the bigger the reward for getting past it.

3. The Go-Giver Leader by Bob Burg and John David Mann

4. Start With Why by Simon Sinek

Simon Sinek emphasis on the fact, that the question is not about what you do, rather about why you do it? People are more interested in the reason compared to the work itself. This book can inspire you beyond limits as it explains how successful individuals reached the level they are at today.

5. Managing The Mental Game by Jeff Boss

The author Jeff Boss is a former navy seal and explains as to how specific methodologies can lead to concrete success and real outputs. Self-confidence is the key to conquering your goals.
